What happens when you visit

This is a static information site. Its answer is calculated in your browser from the date, time and published reference data. We do not ask you to create an account or submit personal information to use it. If you email us, we receive the address and information you send so we can reply.

GitHub Pages currently hosts this site. GitHub may receive ordinary connection data, such as your IP address, browser information and request logs, under its privacy statement. We plan to move the site to Cloudflare on its own domain; this policy will be updated when that happens.

Cookies and advertising

There are no ads, Google AdSense code or analytics scripts on this site today. We do not currently place our own tracking cookies.

If ads are introduced, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. Learn how Google uses information from sites using its services. You can control personalized Google ads at My Ad Center and participating companies at the DAA opt-out page. Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads altogether. We will update this policy and provide any required consent controls before advertising goes live.

Hosting

Currently hosted on GitHub Pages, not Cloudflare. If we move to Cloudflare and a separate domain, that hosting provider may also process connection data to deliver and protect the site. This page will identify the actual hosting arrangement when it changes.
