This site answers one question - when do the clocks change? - with a single date, plus which way the clocks move and how long until it happens.

Clock change dates and times come from the IANA Time Zone Database (release 2026c), the same data that phones and computers use to change their clocks automatically. We check them against official sources where available, such as NIST for the United States, GOV.UK for the UK, EU Directive 2000/84/EC for the European Union and government sites for Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Each country page lists its sources.

The "next change" answer is worked out in your browser from your device's clock. The site picks a starting country from your device's time zone; you can choose any other country from the list.

Governments can change their daylight saving rules at short notice, as British Columbia, Alberta and the Northwest Territories did in 2026. If a date matters for travel, work or a deadline, confirm it with the local authority.
